Introduction

Welcome to my journey through my Anatomy and Physiology 2 class!

I have to admit, my journey through this Anatomy and Physiology was an extremely hard one. I hate to say that this is my second time around in Anatomy and Physiology 2, and even though I have taken this class once before it was still a challenging once. I really struggled with remembering some of the concepts of this class, and at times I was frustrated beyond belief. It's kind of discouraging that I had such a hard time keeping my head above water, and I wish sometimes that I could have grasps the concepts as well as some of my fellow classmates had.

This collection of artifacts and reflections are proof of my journey through this Anatomy and Physiology 2 course. I hope these artifacts and reflections give a little insight on how I learned these topics, and how much hard work that I put into it. Believe me, this e-portfolio was HARD work. It's definitely not something that I have ever done before for any other class. As much as I hate to admit it, this e-portfolio really did help me think outside my little box and really concentrate hard on understanding these concepts. By doing this portfolio, I realized how closely related all the organ systems and processes are in our body and how important they are in maintaining homeostasis. I would like to say that I do fairly well when it comes to computers, but it did take me awhile to figure out how to organize everything just right so it was a little less confusing. At least I got my table of contents!

I really gave this e-portfolio my all. My hard work, my sweat, and sometimes I think it almost made me weep. Haha. But I really did give this portfolio everything I had to show what helped me learned these 79 objectives throughout my journey through this course. I hope to be apart of the Radiology Program in the Fall (I've gotten accepted but I'm not passing this course as of now), so I'm hoping by the end of this course i'll be able to somehow get a C. If not, I guess life has other plans for me.

All in all, I really enjoyed my time with you Mrs. Gess in our class. You are a wonderful teacher, and you go above and beyond just lecturing us and giving us tests. You care about your students and their learning experience through this course and it was so nice knowing that you took the time to get to know each and every one of us. So thank you for being such a wonderful teacher! I hope you enjoy all the hard work I put into this portfolio.
